Any profits from crypto you take are subject to 30% capital gains tax. That's why Erik Voorhees (Shapeshift.io guy) invented SALT. No one is able to use their crypto gains without 30% tax penalty. There are going to be a lot of Ten X and Monaco users that get their ass reamed by the IRS, you are basically leaving a paper trail right to your house that tells the IRS come get me. There isn't some magic that comes when you buy something with a Ten X or any other crypto card that makes it exempt form capital gains tax.

Yea this is basically my reasoning. I wanna get a TenX card and put a chunk of my pay on crypto every month and just use the card for groceries, going out and shit like that; probably end up using a few hundred to 1,000 every month.

I have a hard time understanding imagining how the government is gonna go through every fucking 7 dollar charge on my card and try to tax my "capital gains" when its hard to even tell what the gains are. Dont get me wrong, im sure they'll try and implement taxes but the technology is beyond them. I dont think we have anything to worry about for the next 3-5 years......And they'll probably be a monero card by then.
