No. There is absolutely no evidence of that at all. Firslty, "damascus" steel did not come from disascus, Pulad/Wootz was imported to damascus as part of the trade route from modern-day Afghanistan and North India. There is not once single piece of evidence of crucible steel manufacture in western europe until the 17th century.

Spanish swordmaking did not make a rise in prominence till 200 years after the reconquest. There are decorative arts which are similar to islamic art, but otherwise, nothing of the sort.
