Had an authoritarian government

>had an authoritarian government
>had a tyrannical leader
>had a nationalized army
How was the Confederacy any different from Socialist countries like the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany? Was it a Socialist nation?

>No centrally planned economy
>How was it different from socialist countries

Also,

>Socialist countries like Nazi Germany

Who do you think plans the economy in authoritarian states like the Confederacy and Nazi Germany? Those were centrally planned. You had to follow in line just like in other Socialist countries.

>Means of production not owned by workers who operate them
>Socialist

>it wasn't REAL socialism
You commies are all the same. Come back when you have an argument.

It wasn't socialism at all,

Socialism - An economic model in which the means of production are owned by the workers who operate them

Confederate States did not have the industry controlled by it's workers ergo it is not socialism. There is no such thing as REAL/FAKE socialism, there is socialism and there is not socialism, Dixie was the latter.

>Soviet Union - means of production owned by the state
>North Korea - means of production owned by the state
>Nazi Germany - means of production owned by the state
>Confederacy - means of production owned by the state
It's all the same thing.

How was Jefferson Davis tyrannical?

>had an authoritarian government
>had a nationalized army
None of these things are socialistic
>tyrranical leader
Thats subjective

No they were a libertarian country.

None of those are socialist, then.

Also,

>>Nazi Germany - means of production owned by the state

No, The means of production were owned by oligarchs, in Nazi Germany, that is.

Indeed not true socialism at all

See. You are the "not real socialism" guy who can't admit communism has failed many times (the confederacy included).

libertarian =/= tyrannical Nazi communist bullshit
He enslaved people and controlled the means of production just like Stalin and Mao.

But how exactly. AFAIK the CSA had a form of government that was based off the original US government.

He enslaved people through his tyrannical left wing government. How was slavery any different from the gulags and concentration camps?

Pic is true but you are not making sense at all

All the states you listed are abhorrent attempts at socialism that failed because the goal of socialism is inherently flawed and utopian, what socialists don't understand is that in their attempt to create a society in which the means of production are owned by workers they are going to always fail because of the human condition.

You think I am a socialist? No, I despise socialists I would happily shoot them for free but I am intellectually honest on my own moral principles, I accept that the UUSR, N Korea and any of the other failed "socialist" states are not socialism however they are still perfect examples of why socialism is a shit tier ideology, the fact that socialism fails every time you try to *establish* it is a criticism of Socialism in and of itself but that does not make the states socialist.

Also Communism =/= Socialism but it has the same problems

He didn't enslave them since they allready where slaves

Which is communism....

The ones with Marxist in power had the goal of the worker's owning the means of production. The Soviet Union and DPRK were socialist because of their ideology.

Nazi Germany and the Confederate States very much did NOT do this.

Because Slavery was just a business model (and privately owned) and wasn't just labor camps for prisoners by the state.

Communism isn't slavery, it's just retarded.

>How was slavery any different from the gulags and concentration camps?
The goal in gulags and KL was to isolate a category of people from society, it was about sequestration, labour was a bonus.

>Communism isn't slavery,
Maybe if you're a dirty commie.

hmmmm it is almost as if none of them are socialist

>endorses and practices race based slavery and subjugation
>libertarian

In fact, slavery is capitalism

>Confederacy
>country where the regional authorities had so much power that they restricted tax contributions to the war THEY declared and then would threaten to declare independence from the nation THEY formed to separate from the United States
>totally just like Nazi Germany or Soviet Russia
Hey guys, remember that one time Azerbaijan told the defenders at Stalingrad to fuck off and die by limiting their oil exports? Or that time Hamburg was like "yeah, Hitler, there's a war, but we're not letting you conscript more of our residents"

Oh, wait, that never happened.

indeed, but this is true socialism

t. moral universalist
Kill yourself

Nah, I buy niggers to pick my cotton because I'm a Capitalist and that's cost efficient
Communists just enslave everyone to the idea of equity and start fucking everything in the pursuit of it.
They're both shit, but different.

Is this image a proponent of socialism?
Because I'm looking at a bunch of failed states and crimes to justice.

Commies are trying to whitewash their dictatorial regimes.

They removed Chavez for..reasons

>imposed martial law
>barred freedom of the press
>unlawful conscription
the list goes on

The confederate national government could barely govern.

the army of the CSA was state militias just like the Union army.

AHAHAHAHAHA
