1. Point is about destruction of villages with Krauts in them, using artilery, mortars, airforce and molotovs
2. point is about using of politicaly educated and trustworthy soldiers that know its important to defeat the Krauts and shoudl be awarded with high decorations for bravery.
3. is about evacuation of local population if retreat is necessary and burning of villages with no exceptions
4. is about report of how successful operations were every 3 days.
