There's no real evidence that this happened, IIRC.
ban abortion and contraceptives
>refused the USSR invitation of marching into Czechoslovakia in 1968
>pushed industralization into super mode
>started making friends in the West
>payed Romania's entire external debt....by starving it's citizens?
I dunno, you can ask older Romanians and they'll act as if he was God incarnate, "everyone had jobs, everyone had housing, etc" but that's typical Communist stuff, not specific to Ceausescu.
His bitch wife didn't do squat. She deserved the bullet.
>good things
That's subjective.
Personally, I like the time he called a news anchor on national television and told her to shut the fuck up or, maybe, her husband might never make it home from work ever again. Guy was a hero.
made a bretty cool crib
he forced roma to get jobs and apartments
...
Wasn't Russia's bitch.
>In those times the Romanian government used to give malnourished children in the hospitals micro-transfusions of blood - ostensibly to boost their health.
>Many of them contracted the virus from blood transfusions provided, in less careful times, as a treatment for anaemia and undernourishment among youngsters.

holy shit his wife is so fucking ugly, he deserved to be killed just for this
she was ugly, really dumb and two years older than him yet she believed she was some sort of genius that should lead the country to prosperity
by marrying her he made the worst deal of his life
ceausescu might have lacked an education but he had some wit that helped him early in his political career. But when you decide that Mao and Kim should be your role models you are clearly going the wrong way. Even before that he banned abortion which would latter become one of his most unpopular moves
rarely have leaders fallen as hard as ceausescu

also met khomeini
why are they dancing?
and saddam
also had great relations with Mobutu
he pretty much met everyone
Did Ceausescu ever do anything other than visit leaders of other countries?
>Good things the Ceausescu's have done
Dying horribly.
>travel around the world, eating and drinking exotic foods and beverages
>all for free
>get to talk with important and cool people
>let your wife manage the government
Pictured: unholy, abominable things worthy of extermination.
he sent them food, weapons and stuff, built refineries in lybia, and sent specialist to help them develop their industry in exchange for almost nothing, for example mobuto gave him diamonds and furs if i'm not mistaken, while other countries gave fishing rights (back then romania had a large oceanic fishing fleet)
he was really desperate for dollars, or any kind of western currency
also the act that he had a good reputation in the west helped him get licenses for french helicopters and british airliners (the BAC-111 was already pretty obsolete and ceausescu didn't have the same reputation, but still it was it was something for a communist country to pull that off)
she had a chemistry phd didn't she
He looks kind of South Euro white, like an Italian or a Bulgarian, but she looks straight up Gypsy.
Yeah because she forced the Academy of Sciences to give it to her. She was a high school dropout otherwise and knew nothing about chemistry.
>tfw too intelligent
