Assuming it was successful Prussia wouldn't be a thing, and I suspect the Austrians, Germans, and Turks would be the prime target of Polish ambitions. It would probably spur ecumenism considering the last great bastion in independent Orthodox Christianity had been snuffed out.
Siberia and Central Asia are completely up in the air, my guess is Central Asia would fall to the Turks, Chinese, or Persians while Siberia would fall to the Chinese and Japanese
