Restricted as in, either banned or have lowered bets to around 5% or 1% of max bet, or they go to trader and get refused each time. And Asian bookmakers don't usually restrict and lay much higher bets.

Why sports betting? Go with roulettes. All you need is 10 BTC in fiat to become a millionaire. You know you only have to go all-in and double your money 10 times to become a millionaire because 2^10 = 1024. With roulettes you can double your money with a probability of about 0.5 by putting it on either red or black. So the probability of winning 10 times in a row is 0.5^10 = 1/1024. So you only have to do it 1024 times to get it done once. When you use 10 BTC you can try it about 2048 times. Should be enough room even for the unlucky guys.
