The annoying caps-lock faggot is correct, i believe. But, when discussing race people usually make a great mistake (this is my opinion) in only considering the biological, DNA aspect of race. Human races can have various different dimensions, the biological is one, then race can have a spiritual or religious dimension as well, and a cultural dimension.

Yes, all memes aside that is the essence of what he is saying. The Atlantis myth refers to the original Aryan / Proto-Indo-European culture which spread out and conquered the entire (known) world. That's the theory anyway, which is very interesting, and makes sense out of all the "Atlantis" and "Four ages" myths.
