You do realise Nazis were disliked by general population by 45? And not in a french "we vous resistance nd shit" way, genuinely hated. Hard to run partisan campaign without popular support. And worse, places in Germany where asymmetrical would make the most sense were (Austria, Bavaria) this applied even more. Plus refugees from east made it very clear that trying to get rid of Americans isn't the best idea ever.

Millions of Germans fled west so they could surrender to the Americans and British because they were far less harsh/more reasonable.

The sheer number of occupying soldiers in Germany from 1945 - 1949 precludes any effective "resistance." Aside from that, Germans were largely dependent on imported food during this time period. You can't bite the hand that feeds you.

Guerilla warfare only works if the occupiers aren't willing to kill everyone in order to get at the guerillas.

There were13 Million people who served in the German Army during WW2 and survived,some ended in Gulags,some were crippled,most others were still ready for combat.

For this following things would need to happen:

Basically, a new German resistance,similiar to that of the Lützower Jäger has been formed.

Over 50 year olds have been trying to do what they could and do everything the younger don't have to do,women are joining the resistance and young boys have grown up all to be between 14-21,all ready and with Knowledge of the terrain,moral is constantly boosted and they start to spread propganda against the occupants.

Basically, Vietnam happens in Germany,Soviets,Americans,British and French troops(with colonial troops) have low Moral, as they want to go home and are ill-supplied after the rush to Berlin and organization,numbers and weapons are their main superiorities.
They have to meet the Germans in woodlands,forrests,grasslands,swamps,hills,mountains and urban terrain.
The veterans get killed in action and the troops get cut off from supplies.

In order for this to work, German citizens would have to have full faith in the government. Considering the fact that many of them at the time were morally and physically crushed its unlikely many citizens would join. However if enough joined it ultimately would delay the inevitable. There just wasn't enough people or resources at the time to hold off the allies. Even if they held off the Soviets, the western allies would just come in, to reinforce. The only possible way I can see this working would be if the Nazi higher ups evacuated and moved their Base of operations to somewhere where the industrial area hadn't already been destroyed. From there if they could somehow develop the atomic bomb they could drop it on the allies. However this would destroy their peoples army and wouldn't be worth it. Another outcome could be forming an alliance with some middle eastern country, which is highly unlikely
