Only Tatars have. Those from North Caucasus have a very strong sense of nationalism and in no way have been integrated. Neither have been recent immigrants from Central Asia. Keep in mind, that ethnically non-Russian republics (mainly Chechnya, Ingushetia, Dagestan and Tuva) are the only regions in Russian Federation where population is growing rapidly.

Hey most of those Central Asian domains were under Soviet control not long ago. They still preserve extensive influence. You could say it's similar to the US with its African American and Mexican populace. Not the same as Europe promoting immigration of refugees from far off lands that have no history with them.
Communistic states have better experience in dealing with religious rabble rousers also than western countries do with their adherence to religious freedom, not to mention the church was also under their yoke.
