This is your only option, because your alternative is us sending the money directly back to the Bittrex address it was sent from, and then you can deal with their support for the next 3 months. You have 48 hours to contact us until we send the balance back to the Bittrex wallet along with a support email proving we own the delegate wallet (so Bittrex knows we sent it back on purpose).
