I'm helping make a mod for HOI4 in which it adds events for Germany to set up Reichkommissariats in Russia, Britain, America etc etc if they win the war. Right now, I'm writing flavor events, which are basically newspaper headlines that pop up periodically throughout the game that say things like "Amerila Earheart crashes/flies around the world", "France bans communism", etc etc. I'm brainstorming ideas for events that could happen if WW2 was won by Germany and Japan. Things like "Stalin Captured!" or "Churchill executed!". Stuff like that.

He is expected to be taken to Rowe, and from there he will be flown to Berlin to face trial for crimes against the Deutsches Volk. The town of Sars was promptly liquidated for harboring the elusive criminial; the inhabitants "relocated", as reported by German authorities in the region.
here's the one for him getting killed. I'm not sure if he should die by getting killed by a bullet/shrpanel, or by shooting himself ala hitler

As they entered the insignificant village, no one could have expected the hail of bullets that greeted them. The patrol quickly retreated, and promptly requested for panzer support. The tanks arrived, and swiftly rolled into the village, demolishing any structure that stood before them. As the quick skirmish wound down, a squad entered a church, and much to their surprise, inside was Joseph Stalin, the bolshevik leader himself! He was slumped against a wall, a pistol in hand and a servere wound to his abdomen. An autopsy soon found out that he had bled out from a gunshot wound. His corpse was hastily embalmed and flown back to Germany proper to be preserved in a museum dedicated to the fight against the Judeo-Bolshevik menace.

Reichkommissariats were never intended to be autonomous, distinct entities for long after the war. The Nazis were not in the business of nation building.

With the mod, they are essentially districts that aren't autonomous whatsoever. They're more like sectors, if anything.
for what purpose reichkommissariats were under direct control, you cant translate it into the game mechanic because its just occupation by force with civil administration
the french did ban communism and internated commies in a south french camp along with other political prisoners before the war
assuming the axis is winning considerably you can increase the likelyhood of neutral countries ditching their democrats and join the axis
both america and britain can be swayed by losses to ditch their anti nazi government to ask for a peace, democracies tend to handle losses worse than authocracies
the USSR is different and you cant really assume thered be positive events considering the nazi occupation policy was genocide, you aint gaining support for that no matter how much you are winning
