It can't get any lower than that, buy buy buy
How do I short this?
buy the dips (honey mustard is a-okay)
work at a fast food place until a better job comes along
What type of job would you like?
buy high, sell low!
I don't want to. That's pathetic and I don't want fryer grease in my face.
Any officecuck or sales job
Time for OP to flip some burgers
>HAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA
I sent out 450 applications with a university degree in accounting and finance and all I could get was a shitty job in a ghetto law firm where I was the only white person. My boss was this really racist Jewish lady that basically cracked the whip at everyone but me. Hacked it for about 8 months so I had it for my resume then I got the fuck out of there.
Keep applying, I was in your spot now I'm starting an office job matey I do have a degree though
it's market for high skilled specialists, surgeons and top 5% skilled programmers. if you dont posses a rarer skill that is highly difficult you will be in trouble
That's pretty much my spot now, you manage to get into accounting or finance after?
Keep applying. I'm currently working a City job. Where my tasks are administrative as fuck.
And I know we say this a lot here. But I'm genuinely too smart to be taking orders from some of the people that work here. Fucking boring ass depressing job.
However I apply apply apply every evening for better shit.
Got a business degree (shit I know)
Considering further education..not sure what tho.
Gotta start somewere..
Try a temp agency, real work = real money
This, user.
You expect to get a call back the first day? You've gotta be pretty exceptional for that.
Give it 1-2 days and call each place back.
So what the fuck is the way out? Lying about experience?
Nope changed careers. I'm in tech now. Much nicer work environments, less demanding, and more pay. Steep learning curve but it's totally worth it.
Boost your experience to match whatever the qualifications/responsibilities are on the posting of the jobs you're applying for.
My friend who isn't very smart got a management position at a start up and is making considerably more than me Atm by boosting and by getting lucky I guess.
I had to spent a year NEET so big gap
Nice I'm thinking of learning a programing language in my free time for a career change or a leg up for financial analysis jobs
Should I just flatout lie by saying I have experience doing things I can obviously do or can quickly learn?
I can obviously use Microsoft office and type quickly, but I dont have experience
talking about jobs on biz is like talking about job/work during holidays
fuck that, isn't not having to work te reason we are here? if you have to wage slave do it, but keep it for yourself maN, don't destroy others' moods
Once I got the advice to just keep applying and applying, and eventually it will work. You'll make it OP.
kekerino
hit craigs list and filter the searches to 5-10 miles from your place, gather list of all local staffing agencies, make resumes, apply in person seek manager on duty etc fuck yourself
Try going through a temp agency . They literally put me in with an office job in a week. I eventually got hired on as a permanent employee after 6 months .
All the temp agencies seem to only offer really shit factory work...
Should I just call all of them up and ask if they offer office work too?
Sorry bro we all gotta start somewhere having 0 bucks don't leave many options
You're lucky, I've only ever gotten work in factories with fuckin' spics and retards.
This is my experience too although I only went to one. Maybe it depends if you go to legit ones or not.
Im in Canada and apparently employment agencies are sketchy as fuck, and only like 40-45% of temp jobs are office ones these days according to stats. Most is factory bs where you dont get training
You will make $0 a week if you don't take the fast food job. You know what looks good on a resume for a new job? Work experience.
Fastfood doesn't look good at all, it'll look like im coping.
Look for a temp agency that deals with office jobs only. If you're in any major or decent sized city than there should be one out there. The one I went through dealt specifically with office jobs. Try calling them if they do . I had a friend who worked at the ncaa headquarters as a temp.
Don't worry you'll make it user. I spent a year applying and decided to give a temp agency a go .
Okay because the factory ones are fucked.
I just read a story yesterday about a major Newspaper writer who went undercover into a factory job through a temp agency to document it (after a young woman died) and she showed and explained how there's no training, work is shit, get fired quickly etc
most agencies i worked under were recruit for clerical jobs or warehouse jobs, call every single one in your town
any of those near you? whatabout amazon warehouses?
Watch a youtube tutorial and play around with excel. Congratulations, you are now experienced. Its literally that simple.
Yeah I have vlookups and pivot table shit on my cv as skills never done that shit in my life but its like 30mins to learn
Yeah and the question is how to put that on resume...
Look for places to volunteer. A few hours per week and you make connections, learn the skills, maybe get certifications, probably get a job after they learn you are competent.
Looks way better on a resume than fatfood.
vlookup is literal magic to normies
>get into fast track to middle management with one simple trick
I went with one of those tech contracting companies and they got me temp contract in a company's helpdesk. When the temp contract came up for renewal they didn't renew and said it was because my customer service metrics where below their standard but all my other metrics where way above their standard.
So I went to another temporary tech contracting company and they got me a few different temp contracts upgrading computers and then finally they got me a temp contract to work in a company's helpdesk. They where praising me saying I was one of their best temp contractors and my metrics where awesome. But then suddenly they fired me because the company said my customer service skills where bad. Then they blacklisted me.
Last interview I've been to they said it's a small city and word gets around. Nobody responds so cant get any interviews. I've been a neet ever since.
But it takes money to make money and it takes money to do trading and investing, so I need to eventually figure out something. Probably going to have to move to a bigger city.
