That depends. If you're not a Christian, I'd read all of it from start to finish. If you are, I wouldn't read it and just let your fellow Christians tell you what it says.
Also sage this shitty bait thread.

Pretty much none of it. The gospels are good and so are Proverbs and Ecclesiastes - but most of it is blasphemy.
Read this instead, seems to be a modern variant
Kill yourself shill
More seriously, what is best Bible? Best as the most "accurate" to what the original writers probably wrote, not the official one of your denomination.
the original douay-rheims bible
and I mean ORIGINAL, 99% of versions you get today were updated in the 1920s or such
What do you mean when you say original?
Have you ever read the Bible before?
Went to xtian school for 11 years.
Pentateuch, then major prophets, and then the gospels. If you really want to get the full effect of the story then read all of it, preferably by chronological order.
>Kill yourself shill
That book is prohibited everywhere on planet Earth - carries penalties from soul death to eternity in hell for following it.
You call it shilling, I call it fair warning - you can't choose the gods and most of the Hebrew Text certainly isn't worshiping any god.

Take your meds

New Testament
Do NOT EVER read it START TO FINISH
It is NOT a BOOK
but a LIBRARY of different works, and different genres. The most relevant section is the New Testament, if you're not a Christian. If you are a Christian, (and have read the NT) then Genesis and Exodus are good.
>literally chronological
>dont read from start to finish
romans, obediah, revelations
It has a narrative structure.

"There's a God but it hasn't spoken a word in 2000 years after perfectly speaking 1000s of pages of it."
Enjoy hell losers - you earned it!
