Kraut-Hungerkraut cold war is very unlikely, Sudetenkrauts shilled for Kaiser to annex them so internal crysis in A-H is more likely, either dissolution of one state country or even absolute collapse.

I've studied European colonies in Africa and Germans ran theirs the best in my opinion. The Krauts funded plans to build schools and hospitals for Africans but the Great War broke out soon after.
