Another thing that strikes me... look at the post history of the guy that made the thread on btctalk. He's been around since 2015 and has 34 pages of comment history BEFORE he made the Iconic thread. The posts in these 34 pages are mostly about gambling and give me very little confidence that he is some kind of brilliant blockchain developer
