Chainlink

An ICO scam which is founded by only 2 inexperienced devs and managed to collect 32M worth of Ethereum tokens from Veeky Forums users without even a demonstration of their "product"

How the fuck do you even run a ChainLink Node ???

Sergey fucks the other twinks butthole.

ok.
sage

kek'd

On SIBOS the whole world will see the stuttering potheads running this coin

Nice try tho, OP

dude, nice attempted FUD.
Can you teach me your subtle ways?

>ChainLink Node
there is no way you can run a Chainlink Node
because it doesn't exist yet and probably won't exist ever

So how the fuck can you even earn money from this aside from price speculation ??

and now you understand why we've been warning you about the shillers

no
in long-term the price will go down to 0 as the "devs" fail to deliver the promised "product" and leave a lot of bag hodlers who invested in their life savings

So you're both telling me that the tokens are worth jack-shit and I can't even stake them like DCR, NEO and so on.
WTF IS THIS PIECE OF SHIT
I would actually buy this if you could stake these.

...

Theoretically pretty much anyone could run one because even if you don't have access to apis or payment systems or whatever, chainlink nodes could be used to perform off chain computations.
I'm kinda skeptical that just anyone will get to run bank payment nodes, but even so LINK is shaping up to be pretty versatile imo.

Btw it's rumored that there will be some sort of staking system to rank node trustworthiness, but it's not in the white paper.

Lol, okay user you are showing a chart with fluctuations of literally half of a cent.

Any price right now is an amazing price to pick up chainlink, you are literally at the ground floor if you miss out on this one you're a fucking moron, we're going to have a full on bull run all the way till october 17 at the very minimum

comparing OMG with LINK is totally delusional
OMG is backed by a legitimate tech startup which already has a working product as a payment gateway
the price took off because of their product, not a delusional white-paper and speculators

The price of OMG didn't take off because of the product. OMG doesn't do anything yet and won't for months.

It took off because of speculation and the connection between it and ETH. OMG has done literally nothing.

Are you just spreading misinformed fud to be able to buy low or are you actually this retarded user?

>OMG is backed by a legitimate tech startup which already has a working product as a payment gateway
OMG is backed by a payment gateway in thailand and thailand only, and as you can imagine thailand makes up a small % of the overall tech payment industry

Where as LINK is partnered with SWIFT(Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) while handles millions of world wide financial transactions every single day, SWIFT is linked with more than 11,000 financial institutions in more than 200 countries and territories... quite a bit more promising than a little thailand start up huh?

Honestly the fact you are even aware of LINKS existence this early makes you a very fortune man, this shit is going to be huge and is going to be adopted world wide, it truly is the final step between bringing crypto main stream.

Lol this.

LINK is used to pay node operators, see pic related.
Everyone can run a node. Nodes rely on trust/reputation. Higher rep=more usage=higher earnings. See 5.2 of the whitepaper: link.smartcontract.com/whitepaper
They might also make it so: that your reputation depends on the amount of LINK you hold.
So the value comes from usage and nodes are similar to pos nodes.

>OMG has done literally nothing.
OH I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THAT

Your chart is upside down faggot

>Nodes rely on trust
So it's flawed.

By buying into the next lot of 650,000,000 tokens they have on hold

>OMG
>product
pick one

Why?
You can run a node but if you fuck up all the time (for exp: low time to respond), nobody wants to use you.

suppose you meant this chart? enjoy your pink wojacks

...

BlockCAT 2.0

They're implementing all the technical solutions they can, possibly including trusted hardware. Trust would just be an extra layer of security.
Someone with a huge stake is much less likely to fuck with data (which would be discovered and tank the price of LINK, causing them financial detriment).

Lol. How do you think these inputs happen today?
This is about inputting external events like a hurricane or a house fire in the case of a home insurance smart contract.
Can't really do that automatically.

This but mirrored.

>high volume on the moon
>low volume on the correction

Looks like a dream, user.

b-but
...
DUDE SWIFT LMAO
*buys 100k*

it's called the majority (retards) buying ath and minority (smarts) selling it

The majority pushed it to ATH you dip.

Volume during the 2x boost was over 3 fucking million. On fucking Etherdelta. ON DAY FUCKING ONE.

That is insane.

Because the point of smart contracts is to be trustless

The contracts, yes. But the external data still has to be put in.
There's no such thing as trustless input of external data. See

Because everyone dumped

Because the pump pushed the market cap too high.

I have no idea what you're talking about.
The concept of "high-volume pump/low-volume correction" being a very good sign is that alien to you?
