>weak gun control vs. strong gun control
Got it, thanks.

except people still had guns in europe you know

Few citizens owned, or were entitled to own firearms in Germany in the 1930s. The Weimar Republic had strict gun control laws. When the Third Reich gained power, some aspects of gun regulation were loosened, such as allowing ownership for Nazi party members and the military. The laws were tightened in other ways. Nazi laws disarmed "unreliable" persons, especially Jews, but relaxed restrictions for "ordinary" German citizens. The policies were later expanded to include the confiscation of arms in occupied countries.

inb4 the "Hitler didn't implement gun control" crowd

Nice meme

Historically speaking tyrants are loved by the people but hated by the nobility
That's how the word got coined in Ancient Greece

There were quite a few attempts to assassinate Hitler and even more that failed before even starting due to bad circumstances. Dude had an S+ luck stat

...

4:10 is literally copy pasted and lightly edited from wiki, ahah. But yeah, he did loosen some restrictions, but they still had much greater gun control than the USA today.

You still needed a state license unless you worked for the state or the party (same thing in a one-party system), in which case you were licensed by the state by default.

>disarming dangerous and disloyal minorities like the Jews and niggers
based.
was hitler, dare I say it, /ourguy/?

of course.

>stronger gun restrictions than America, where it’s part of the constitution and bill of rights/amendments to bear arms

Shocking

Stalin went for night walks around Moscow, completely unescorted, during the 1920s&30s.

>Source: The Communist Party

shame nobody ice pick'd him

Leon, get over that and go sleep forever.

night night

Montifiore wrote about many occasions where Stalin walked with Sergo and Kirov around the Kremlin without guards and even took some girls to their homes with his car in the night

wtf i love stalin now

> and even took some girls to their homes

real socialism

would stalin have liked pokemans?

he only did things like that when he remembered to take his antidepressant pills

What is your source that he took girls?

>all those people butthurts about Stalin

Also is that all real?

Looks like propaganda

>>all those people butthurts about Stalin
wonder why

>His achievements are mostly due to the stupidity, laziness and inertia of other Bolsheviks, and the lack of knowledge and imagination of his Western contemporaries. In other words, dude was lucky. Adolph, on the other hand, was not. As a result Adolph is the Big Bad of history and not Joseph.

This was written by an actual person.

Hitler should've been assassinated many times but he's protected by time travelers since without him the present/future is actually far worse due to unforseen consequences.

i unironically believe this

hitler didn't allow traitor races to own guns

Left pic: man who didn't care about his people
Right pic: man who did care about his people

>tfw no game where you go back in time and have to protect Hitler during various assassination attempts and other mishaps

Tbh, I'd rather have Obama not caring about me than Dolphi caring about me.

right pic guy he killed 50% of his men population by 1945 :DDD

Given that the Third Reich had about 80 million inhabitants in 1939, that'd be 20 million deaths

Left pic : compromise moderate with generally favorable approval ratings who kept his country reasonably afloat despite unprecedented opposition and outright sabotage from his own congress.

right pic : far-right demagogue elected by 30% of the population who dragged his country into an unwinnable war after blowing a massive gaping hole in the government budget and managing to get the world united against him, causing his country to be fractured for a generation and to forever associate the concept of nationalism with the worst traits of human behavior in the popular consensus.

*43%

Do you really think that posting a picture of a dead german soldier laying face down shot at the back of his head is reinforcing anything you just wrote.

look someone got mad lol

That was a question.

Lol. Maybe it represents what Hitler did to the German people..

In the last free election of the Weimar Republic, Hitler's NSDAP received only 37.4% of the vote. In March 1933, the first after he became Chancellor, he received 43.9% of the vote, and this was after massive intimidation of the electorate by the SA. And in 1945, when Germany was crashing and burning into the ground, He still had somewhere around 25% approval rating, proving that a certain segment of the population doesn't give a shit about facts or even results, they just want to be told what they want to hear, even if they're baldfaced outright lies which fly in the face of all factual evidence and common sense.

Yes, because it triggers Kraut lovers. How many disastrous failed total wars did Obama drag his country into?

>37.4%
That's closer to 43% than it is to 30% though

THEY DO —THE FACT THAT YOU ARE IMPLYING THAT ADOLF HITLER WAS A TYRANT INDICATES THAT EITHER, YOU IGNORE WHAT IS A TYRANT, OR THAT YOU ARE PRETENDING TO IGNORE TO INCITE A REACTION FROM OTHER POSTERS —REGARDLESS OF WHICH IS THE CASE, YOU ARE IN ERROR.

>Karl charizarf
Really nigga

still nowhere close to a majority

That actually sounds about accurate. The only thing that could stop the rise of Germany was Adolf Hitler. They needed to be retarded long enough for the EU to form to mitigate and dilute their influence. As it is now Germany is the defacto leader of the EU, the strongest state in the union, and yet not quite so powerful as to lead without consensus. Once having lead by consensus they will not abandon this position, meaning the current equilibrium is stable. Only a devastating war that set them back half a century could have produced this outcome.

yes, a question that you asked someone who isn't mean while showing you're prolly mad lol

when he started isis...

more like
>guns legal for everyone
>guns legal for the majority

>Implying Bush didn't start ISIS when his administration kicked all the baathists kicked out of the Iraqi government and let Iranian-backed Shiites take over

...
