Why are you normans so fucking thick?
thank god
we can finally return to discussing sane investment strategies with modest risk:reward
This. It's literally the only way crypto will take over the world and make us all obscenely rich.
regulation is just the term they use. in fact they want to destroy crypto. they dont show whats behind the curtain.
smoke less weed. crypto is like nothing compared to the net worth of the elite. if crypto becomes a serious threat, they will wipe it out within a week.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
>crypto is like nothing compared to the net worth of the elite. if crypto becomes a serious threat, they will wipe it out within a week.
They will coopt it and make it the norm through the regulations we are talking about now. We will be along for the ride. Retard.
...
do you think they give us a piece of the cake ? they make their own blockchain/coin and profit 100%. start thinking like an emperor. get smart. read machiavelli the prince. think like they do then u understand me.
Don't listen to this nay-sayer. We are ALL going to make it and that's the end of it. Most of us have a shitty life and we deserve this. The universe will make it so.
kek babby's first pretense at intellect
Should crypto become too big and dangerous to da joos, one of the following will happen:
1.They ban exchanges completely and ignore the whining about muh freedoms.
2. They create their own statewide, heavily funded blockchain applications, which will make all other coins redundant.
3. They incorporate the national currencies into blockchain technology, again making old independant coins redundant.
Crypto has been allowed to grow because it was never a problem for the elites. But if it ever becomes a threat it will be properly dealt with. Everyone who thinks that crypto will be the revolution of the financial world is being delusional.
im a patron. i rly hope for you all that u will make it. but be realistic man. the most of Veeky Forums remote from reality.
Good luck.
I just want to be rich. Why can't I have that?
Nobody thinks bitcoin is going to become a global currency or some shit. But tokens that serve other purposes, which most of us are investing in now, will be an integral part of the new system.
>foresight
thank you.
Banning fucking scammy ICOs is the best way of attracting more mainstream investors, because they need to feel "safe" in such a market. So mid to long term, this is only beneficial, even though the FUD that kicks in will maybe cause short term losses.
>"They will ban exchanges"
>Never heard of DEX
They are infiltrating crypto now, they will control it soon, they dont mind some of us getting lucky as long as it gives them more control in the future. Only a small fraction of the population have any sizable amount of crypto, a few more millionaires means nothing to them.
10% of all crypto investors are either tech-autists or lolbertarians believing in future technologies or changing the world.
90% are just there for the quick gains. Imagine what happens if these 90% realize there is no money to be made in crypto and jump ship.
Yes, all these no name shitcoins being heavily shilled right now will still be around. But they won't be worth much.
Machivelli said no such thing. The elite literally have trillions to their name. What do they care about a few greasy NEETs accumulating their equivalent of pocket change when they'd maintain control of the shifting paradigms?
You're a fucking moron if you think they won't be worth anything. Sure most won't be, but blockchain technology is a game changer and if you don't believe that why are you even investing. Successful coins that are starting up now WILL be huge in the future.
>blockchain technology is a game changer
That is why governments and regulators are going to adapt this technology, invest billions in their development and introduce them into mainstream.
Who do you think will win?
Blockchain applicatons with government support, shilling on statewide level and a budget of billions of dollars? Or some crappy shitcoin with a team of 20 nerd devs and a budget of 10 millions collected by ICO?
Are you a fucking idiot. This coins are already being adopted by industry and big business. They aren't going to suddenly undo all that and replace it with some retarded piece of shit the government came up with. The government will learn to benefit off the status quo i.e. FUCKING REGULATIONS. Learn how the world works.
Ah yes , like the goverment made facebook, or the goverment made google?
investors will buy up those companies making us all huge gains ,they don't want to risk money in smth they don't know works
>like the goverment made facebook, or the goverment made google?
Are these things somehow a threat to the global financial system? Comparing apples and pears right there mate. Besides, in countries like china even harmless social media platforms was banned, replaced by state run products and heavily censored.
your a dumb cunt who obviously doesnt even believe in crypto and blockchain
the very reason why we will and are seeing capital flight into crypto is because the west is collapsing and its governments are incompetent
>Da gubment is after muh money so I'll put all my hopes in a highly volatile wild west market and gamble on the possibility that the world will end in the next few years and only my cryptomarket will magically survive
Sure thing buddy.
>implying there won't be countries to provide what the market wants
>implying there will even be legal entities dealing with crypto in the future
>implying individual-centric economy can't exist outside authoritarian decrees
>implying (((they))) haven't lost the narrative due to information proliferation
can't wait to see parasites lose it all over time and cry OY VEY until their last breath
Discussion is actually over at this point.
there's nothing to discuss as genie's out of the bottle
I know you like to meme that the West is just as bad as China but it's like comparing herpes to full-blown AIDS. China is an actual police state. They make up the laws as they go along.
If the cryptomeme really does die (it won't), I'll start trading/speculating in stocks instead, big deal.
It is over for normie hodlers.
Traders will continue to make money from volitility.
Yeah, crypto is great because it's so accessible.
But we've had a taste of gains and we'll want more if crypto dies
Agreed, this is the first stage. Countries are independently pushing back crypto because of SCAMMERS mainly crowdfunding new ICOs.
They aren't even attacking crypto itself. In fact many Juden banks have endorsed them and are considering accepting bitcoin.
We are a ways away from outright bans.
This is just the first stage of pushback. It's the equivalent of countries each hanging up a "NO SOLICITORS" sign on their door in response to all these new crypto salesmen popping up.
Established cryptos are money makers but you can still play the ICO game a little longer.
Agreed. They will make use of what's there, not tear it down and build over it.
>China banning Bitcoin FUD not working anymore
>FUD that other countries ban Bitcoin
>Thinking regulations are good
Market manipulation and nothing more. China has a HUGE interest in bitcoin long-term and so does its investors.
Maybe cryptos will be 100% practical and only the strongest survive, but maybe it'll also be the equivalent of a department store credit card. Everyone having their own flavor.
One thing's for sure. When any main auto brand decides on their own rewards-themed crypto, I am stocking up.
They are if you intend to buy now.
Pretty much, but not even that much more accessible, if you can make money with crypto, chances are you'd be making money with stocks too, just gotta adapt to the new environment first. Hodlers might have a bit of a harder time, but if you're a trader you'll be just fine.
All that money flowing back in at the moment is probably the chinks FOMOing back in again after realizing that nobody fucking cares anymore for China only like 1-2 weeks after their latest attempt to crash the market because all the Volume switched over to Japan (and Korea). So fuck them. If they come again it will increase the price, but if not nobody needs them anyway. Every country that is against Blockchain technology will lose their edge in the coming years against countries that actually endorse Blockchain. It is inevitable.
South Korea also banned. It's all manipulation. Nobody who likes money is against crypto. These countries know that, but they also know what news they publish affects prices.
Don't worry about it senpai
Monetary policy is the biggest tool governments have to subdue their population. You think they're going to be fine if millions of working people put their resources into an economy they cannot tax?
Most of governments budget comes from consumption tax, and this consumption is at the same time encouraged (when not almost enforced) by monetary policies. What do you think happens when people realize their savings could be safe from inflation with cryptos?
You know what happens when capital "flies"? Hyperinflation, as the currency is suddenly backed by less and less labor and is therefore worthless. This hyperinflation leads to more capital flight and a steady deterioration of public services.
Cryptocurrencies are capital flight with little repercussion in the local economies, pretty much like having a bank account in a tax haven.
If anyone believes that governments could effectively forbid bitcoin or anyone believes governments should have more control over monetary policies then he should take all of his money to fiat.
...
>Appeal to authority fallacy
of course they dont want us making money you can easily see that because in the land of the free they have already banned day trading stocks, and trading forex, and investing in startups.
Nice FUD bro but I don't really care about ICOs being banned, it just means I get less competition when I buy into them. Regulation was obvious from the start, and it does not prevent me from making a fuck load of money at all. If you didn't see this coming and thought governments wouldn't regulate a hundred billion dollar financial instrument you might be a retard.
wait is zrx a meme or actually good
Id like to know this too
