You shouldn't follow buy walls. Usually market manipulators will automate a buywall just below the top bid, while setting small sells on the other side. They trick you into buying into their sells, then the wall disappears and you lose money. In normal markets this is illegal, but these aren't normal markets.

You're probably thinking of Hyperledger (Fabric), which is a blockchain SWIFT founded with a bunch of other major players.

Chainlink is designed to interact with hyperledger, see pic.

SWIFT's premier blockchain project consists of two things:
1) hyperledger
2) smart contracts
