why cant socialists complete college Veeky Forums?
stalin - failed out of religious school pol pot - failed out of engineering school mao - failed out of police, soap, law, economics schools minh - rejected from colonial sdministration school
are they dumb? lazy? they are not strong enough to succeed so they have to destroy everything? they cant produce anything themselves so they have to create a slave state to support their incompetence?
stalin was self-taught. He even lead armies into battle during the reovlution and ww2. You don't need a brick-and-mortar college if you can do that. Mao did the same. Minh was a genius in warfare. Pol Pot was just kinda mad at everyone adn evetually lost.
Carson Cooper
>Pol Pot was just kinda mad at everyone >too dumb and lazy to complete education >gets mad at everyone that could finish education >calls them "oppressors" >kills them all
pretty naked psychology there
Landon Smith
Stalin wrote about (((dialectical materialism))) But Mao failing economics makes me kek

Mao did stupid and terrible things, we all know that. BUT what most Westerners don't know is he's actually a highly educated man, a grade A student (first rank in the entire school) of high school, a "teacher" graduated from "normal college"(teacher school), with very profound, exceptional knowledge about traditional Chinese literature and history. His poetry and calligraphy are actually quite good, if you can read Chinese.
Luke Phillips
He probably is the most educated man among all four people OP listed.
Colton Scott
No, Stalin was the smartest I think.
William Cruz
Socialism is a brainlet ideology
Ian Diaz
If you mean IQ, then I'm not sure. But as for "education level", Mao is definitely the best among them.
Ryan Ramirez
I mean for both. Stalin was always quoting authors and shit.
Ryder Jackson
>quoting authors n sheit

Mao did the same as well, his poetry are full these shits. He also like to re-read "Comprehensive Mirror in Aid of Governance" almost every day. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zizhi_Tongjian
But unfortunately he still failed HARD at governing his country.
William Foster
I know user it's just the wording.
Adam Taylor
Marx had a PhD. Philosophy, unfortunately. Antonie Pannekoek (unfortunate name) received his in astronomy. Lenin was expelled for his political activities, rather than poor academic performance. Given his later output, he probably would have graduated adequately enough, although that speaks more to the quality of russian education than to any clever traits he might have possessed.
You really ought to have mentioned Engels. Engels was a proper high school dropout falling back on daddy's money, and achieved a low rank as part of the prussian artillery.
Asher Moore
"Those who succeed educate themselves."

I ought not stop now. Rosa Luxemburg received her PhD in law. Che Guevara earned a medical degree, though it did not help him as minister of industries. Very bad personnel decision, that. Castro probably received his law degree, insofar his later legal practice was legitimate, albeit a total failure. Allende received a medical degree, though it remains a little useful degree for those who want to pursue a career involving governance. DeLeon got his bachelors in law at Columbia, which is nice because columbia but not because bachelors degree. Kropotkin received his degree in mathematics, the odd degree for the oddball character.

How the fuck does one fail at soap making school?
Nathaniel Campbell
He didn't fail, he dropped out. It was likely he was not their long enough to fail in the first place. That's no more positive than failing, insofar as Mao was flaky as fuck, which is a bad quality.
Caleb Williams
>be communist >fail economics
