Tuna/Egg with a shit ton of spinach, wash it all down with a glass of water. nothing complicated.

4 eggs with 2 slices of bread or chicken wings

Oats with fruit followed by eggs with spinach.

Greek yogurt and protein powder mixed with blueberries and oats

one packet of instant cream of wheat with blueberries and unsweetened almond milk.

I have a few breakfast variations:

Ground turkey with some cottage cheese

Ground turkey or chicken with black beans

Multi grain pita with peanut butter and ground turkey

Greek yogurt and fruit

Protein shake if I'm in a hurry

I use the blender for my breakfast "shake", which inlcudes:

100-150g spinach
100-150g fruits
60g oats
30g linseed
40g whey or 250g cottage cheese (or both for a higher protein consumption)
400ml water

A bowl of nails

525 calories total. on a cut now, this is usually my biggest meal of the day, definitely my favorite.

I do miss waking up and making a hearty omelet or frying some plantains and egg, but I'm on the old IF bandwagon now.

I usually start off by drinking around 8-16 oz of water while I make my food. This is what I usually eat everyday.

>3-4 egg whites with one whole egg
>2-3 slices of turkey bacon
>weight gainer shake (serious mass)
>3-4 protein pancakes
>2 whole rice cakes with peanut butter and rasins on top
>some fruit
>greek yogurt
>coffee with creamer

The only part I like about waking up is having breakfast lol.
