I've written poetry throughout my whole life. In the Veeky Forums aspect, im a skinny cyclist.

The power of words is something that shouldn't be underestimated. Don't forget that all the people you remember now were amazing speakers, with a good sense for language.

In written format, i write in my "native" tongue (swedish, even though I'm of arabic descent). It's easier to push in hidden meanings when it's written.

Damn, you made me smile. It's a strange feeling when someone gets involved into the thinkspace of my poems, it never gets old.

You see, there's bits of tricks that I've learnt during the time of writing that helps broaden the sense and interpretation of the poem.

Now, i wont say if that was what i thought about when i wrote my poem. Providing a cheat sheet would kill the poem. Art, i think, is supposed to live and grow inside the mind of the receiver. But nevertheless, good analysis! It's always flattering when people take their time, thank you for reading!

A while a go, i forced myself to write everyday, and you kinda get into the mood after writing and thinking about how to formulate your poem.

But nowadays i just write when something "triggers" me to write. Like, my gf and i are planning to make a huge step tat we have no idea how it will end. Made me write in swedish things like..
