I just turned 21, been lifting since I was 16.
I do hanging leg raises every day and I do weighted crunches, only doing sets up to 15 reps, every other day.
I also use the ab wheel and do planches occasionally.

Unfortunately, while youre pretty cut now, you will have a problem looking leaner because of the loose skin. Youre probably 12%-15% bf but the loose skin makes you look in the 20% range
