I have a boal of rolled oats with a table spoon of chunky peanut butter. If I feel like I'll need the calories, sometimes I'll throw in a square of 90% dark chocolate.

Those bars are actually pretty good. (made of soy, though, so i don't get them too often)

I tried the same thing with the gum when my friend forgot it at my place. Pumped me up, but the aftertaste/feeling in throat was shit and slamming more water didn't help.
