I want to start 200mg test per week as I cut.

1. I have access to testosterone enanthate (Test E300). Is this the correct form of test, as mentioned in the pastebin and commonly referred to?

2. should I inject 200mg all at once and then wait a week, or should I spread it out, injecting a little more every couple days?

3. Do I need to take every supplement listed in the pastebin, especially on such a low dose? Cialis seems especially expensive to get. I already take fish oil, vitamin D and do my cardio. Are any supplements critical for 200mg test weekly?

I got some bottle top filters recently, but they weren't holding a vacuum. I figured out why my bottle top filters wouldn't hold the vacuum, and it was simply because it wasn't airtight. I had to push the top against my thigh to get an airtight seal and only then did it hold a vacuum.

How do I make it airtight so I can start filtering faster than with those shitty syringe filters? It only came with these crappy plastic dust covers.

Also, the filters themselves are plastic, which I didn't factor in when I decided to buy them. Are they still good to use, considering they'll be under pressure?

look the dirty secret most steroid users are loathe to admit (or even acknowledge) is that the vast majority of your "gains" on the rons are actually fluid.

Building muscle tissue still takes a really long time even with steroids, any dramatic increases in size and bodyweight in a matter of weeks i can assure you is mostly fluid.

It also, putting it bluntly, looks like shit. You don't look healthy when you are carrying huge amounts of fluid, not to mention all the other side effects that are common to testosterone, acne and what not.

other compounds are ironically better tissue builders mg for mg than testosterone is, but because they lack the fluid loading characteristics, many guys mistakenly think they are "weak".

After all, it is very ego pleasing to look at the scale climb up and to see stretch marks develop as your water balloons fill up.

When you are actually muscular and look sharp with a glossy skin texture, you look far more impressive and healthy. You also need to spend less money on all the nonsense drugs to keep the side effects under control like you do with massive test doses. And while the "gains" arent as fast, they are absolutely real and will persist longer when you do come off.

its purely anecdotal, but EQ starts to really shine in the high dose range where other steroids its really fucking debatable that its even worth increasing the dose after a certain point.

Personally, i suspect the higher dose shines because of the greater total conversion to boldenone's 5AR reduced form, dihydroboldenone also known as 1-testosterone.

(1-testosterone cypionate was/is available, but i would strongly suspect it to be fake if anyone was carrying it.)

personally i went as low as 150mg/week test, eq as high as 1 gram /week

I tried the dust cover. It does nothing. It's literally just a cover. It just doesn't hold the vacuum with the cover since it's not airtight.

You want bottletop filters with a 45mm screw-in threading with accompanying media bottle. Sounds like you got a Whatman Zapcap or something, those are only good for automatic vacuum pump systems using water or electric. Zapcaps don't work with a hand vacuum pump, look at Millipore Stericups or Nalgene MF75s.

tren is pretty great if it doesn't bother you. Its another drug that I feel responds highly favorably with a low test ratio.

as for a perma blast I think its silly and shortsighted. Also, i used to think that "receptor burnout" is a dumb myth, and I still think that, but there definitely is a massive response drop off the longer you are riding high dosages.

rather than a receptor mediated mechanism being responsible for that, I believe its probably an interaction with myostatin.

whatever the case may be, its good to either get off or massively reduce dosages/compounds for both health and for future gains. Blasting and cruising is fine as a concept, but in practice many guys just stubbornly refuse to actually go on HRT dosages of testosterone during their cruise phase, so really they are just permanently blasting.

Keeping test low will help keep BP low. A lot of the increase in blood pressure is due to excess fluid and salt retention.
