Healthy way to get a tan?

Healthy way to get a tan?

Does it exist? I'm way too pale but I don't want cancer.

lotion
spray tan

why do you wanna look like a gardener anyway

eat caroten-rich vegetables.

There's a Veeky Forums guide on it but I'm not home, it's on my PC at home. Maybe someone else will have it.

I can understand. It'd be nice to have a base tan, so when I go to the pool and shit I don't have to apply sunblock every hour.

The Veeky Forums tan guide says to tan for a maximum for 10minutes front and 10minutes back.

Because it's unattractive to be too white, at least for chest and legs. Also, my father is Iranian and very tan so I think I'm genetically supposed to be darker.

Wouldn't you need to eat a fuckton of them to make a noticeable difference? I heard there were pills for that but I don't know how effective it is.

This the one?

yeah thanks

Go swimming

I tan a few times a week for 10 minutes a session on the weakest sunbed. After a few weeks people are already commenting on my tan.

Just make 100% sure you don't get sunburned m8, that's far more likely to cause melanoma than just getting a tan gradually.

the sun bro

go outside

it's never sunny where i live

go outside

why do you live in depressionville?

RIP DNA

>Wanting to be a nigger

Kkk

um, scotland

>wanting to be a pudgy pale shit that never strips and wrestles with your bros under the sun
Literally a woman
I know for a fact they have nice summers in Scotland.

ok cool, it really never gets sunny there?

if so then i ask again, why do you live there?

it's real hard to track changes in your body when all you see is a blinding, white shape. giving myself a fake tan with say photoshop gives me definition i never knew i had, whereas naturally i can't even make out where my pecs end

some of us really are that pale

we wear raincoats to the beach

hadrians wall

I think you're just fat senpai

eat shit ton of carrots and more greens in general. like mix down 5 carrots every morning

melanotan 2

easy. as a matter of fact the carrot "tan" is considered more attractive than the brown tan you got from tanning (my guess is because that tan was affiliated with good health).

You paki shit pajeet

Loving nigger dick this much

Used a tanning bed for the first time yesterday (31 years old) and it seems like the safer bet to a tan.

I was in there for just 7 minutes, I get an even full body tan, if out in the sun I make sure to apply lotion generously.

Doing it just one or two more sessions.

I know it's been debunked by dermatologists but I'm still hoping it helps clear up my bacnee.

Born a pajeet

I have psoriasis and the dermatologist had me do phototherapy. It's just standing in a ring of UV lights like a tanning bed, but it only uses a certain wavelength of UV light so there is no risk of cancer. I got a sweet tan and skin free of psoriasis, so that was amazing. I started out with super low exposure time, like 12 seconds or something. Ended up at around 3 minutes a couple of months later. Had to be very careful with my underwear, because if I exposed a little extra skin it would get sunburnt into oblivion.

I just got home.

>UV light
>no risk of cancer

Any UV wavelength can damage cells and lead to cancer.

Get your sun bro

the arctics were tropical in the days of the hyperboreans, aryans are a tropical race

Eat more veggies you fuckhead

>he actually thinks the carotene meme works

lmao

Not nearly the same level of risk as the full spectrum. For example, the National Psoriasis Foundation doesn't support the use of regular tanning beds because of the much higher risks involved and tanning beds not emitting the light required for proper treatment.

Before photherapy, I was taking very harsh medication with much higher risks. And compared to the phototherapy, it had barely any effect on my condition. Not even one minute of accumulated time under the light completely cleared my face and forehead up, which would have taken weeks of medication, ointments, and standing in the damn sun anyway. I'm far better off with the highly controlled phototherapy treatment rather than the innefective mish mash of riskier shit I was doing. Plus it gave me a great tan.

>Also, my father is Iranian and very tan so I think I'm genetically supposed to be darker.
>genetically
>wants to get a fake tan

Well...

So why don't they commercialise those tanning beds if they don't bring about the risk that normal tanning beds do?

They don't really tan you very effectively at all

there have been studies done but i don't think you'd get enough carotene unless you ate stacks of veggies, it would be more realistic to take beta-carotene pills.

So why are you here in a tanning thread you cheeky cunt?

I'm not

Depends.

A lot of people get a yellowish tan from carrots and such, so they rather look like their liver is about to shut down instead of being tanned.

which tan do you reckon is the best?

left, middle, or right?

As I said, *a lot of people*. NOT all of them.
Try it, and see how your skin turns out.

yeah you're right, some people do look jaundiced.

only BEADY anglos and germans with neolithic farmer genetics (aka literally almost everyone in western europe)
