I don't know what I'm doing wrong, believe me when I tell you I have dedication. My workouts are intense and my diet is very good. I'm just not growing for some reason. Pic related, my macros and split.

Shitty split, and macros don't mean a fucking thing if you're not hitting your caloric maintenance level. Macros are what you focus on when you are seeing gains and want to go farther, not when you're a lifting noob. Just eat healthy foods and go a few hundred calories over your maintenance level and you'll grow.

Hmm if I said something like that I was probably fucking with some trolls, or talking about glutes specifically. My quads/hams have always been stronger points. A good overall leg routine for you would be squats + any 3 or four isolation movements that hit different quads/hams/glutes respectively. Something like leg extensions + ham curls + stiff legged DL, weighted hyperextension bench, barbell thrusts, etc.

I'm cruising the rest of the summer at maintenance, then come Sept/October I'll bulk all the way through next April looking for those next 10 lb's of lean mass and fixing some proportions with chest/glutes especially. With 2 years already in the bag and knowing my FFMI limit is ~170 I've tried to map out the next 18-24 months based on that.

Been doing PSMF for a little while now... coming up on 2 weeks of current cycle.

No squat or diddly area in my gym, so I just use various machines to supplement.
I've been eating a 300kcal surplus, but cheated on weekends.

Planning on cutting for a month to lose some fat, guessing I put on 8-10lbs of lean mass and 5-6lbs of fat.

My chest is lacking big time. I dunno if I store more fat in this area or if the lack of chest isolation resulted in a lack of growth. I think bench is meme lift. I'm doing flies and other chest isolation's now. Only chest compound is weighted dips. which I did for the first time this week. I was able to go up to 75lbs for 10 reps, chest pump was great. I'm cutting bench from my routine.
