Lots of water, and make sure you're eating a lot of volume/fiber/protein for your calories.

500 calories of something like a fruit smoothie, containing a good pound or more of fruit and dairy, will leave you full for longer.

I take two servings of psyllium before bed, was thinking about adding some casein in there.

Smoke weed right after you finish your last meal. Try to sleep before the munchies hit. Also you could try working out at night so you're more tired afterwards

When i was on a cut i could sleep 7 hrs, wake up, have an energy drink and go right back to sleep. I didn't have ebough energy to keep myself awake

Unfortunately this was around the same time i got a new job so i couldn't do the nap thing after waking up anymore but only 7 hours made me feel like death. I had to get 8 to feel good, but it was (still is) hard to get unbroken sleep. My body wants to sleep for 6, wake up for a half hour, sleep for another 2.

Anyway what i'm saying is that i'm an insomniac in general and even i was falling asleep all the time on a cut
