no. Girl here. That is absolutely unacceptable. Girls don't do well on bulk and cut like men do.

Normal "male" routine with a few more ass exercises thrown in. Bulk with 300 kcal over maint for few months, then cut down.

Been on Texas Method for a few months, it's awesome because there's a lot of ass work and aside from aesthetics makes me stronk too.

I'd experiment with cycling diet and exercise with my period. I'd bulk when on my oestrogen cycle and cut the other half of the month and see if it adding fat only when high on oestrogen gave me massive jugs.

Well I agree that 2,500 calories is probably way too much for most girls to bulk on, because it's like 700-1000 over maint.

But imo bulk and cut works fine for us too. Just don't dirty bulk, keep it controlled. The vast majority of fitness + bikini competitors bulk and cut.

Women aren't a different species from men. I tried doing recomp and just spun my wheels.

You'd be surprised how fast you get there if you eat +700 over TDEE every day, like OP wants to do.

If you get enough protein, you'll simulate muscle growth. You don't need to eat a 1000 calorie surplus.

I only need 1400 calories per day. 2500 calories would send a woman to whale mode real fast
