Would love to know what really rustles your intestines.

Reason being, I am shitting horribly lately.
For over a month now, I shit twice a day.
Horrid smell and it’s soft and sticky.
So I am working out what is fucking me up in my current diet.
Need some advice on things to cut out of my life.

whenever I'm stressed my poops are smaller -- why?

basically anything that normal people are usually affected by affects me, but worse because IBS

I find that coffee helps. generally, after a cup or two in the morning, I feel the need to shit, and it's usually very smooth. if firmer, like type 4, if looser like type 6.

with oats and lentils, especially lentils. top quality shit producer, one of my favorite things to keep around in general.

what are the symptoms? I might have it but im not sure since i have been drinking coffee more than i have before and that might be what causes my bowel movements to act up
