Quad insertions. Completely genetic. I have tumor insertions so I barely squat/work quads. Diddys and calf raises are about all I do.

Nig post the routine.

I change up my routine from time to time, but it's always centered around heavy compounds. I squat 2-3 times per week, deadlift 2-3x per week, and do 25-50 minutes on the treadmill(low to moderate intensity, 12-15incline) 2-3x per week on average.

Sumo deadlifts seem to have helped my upper quads get stronger/bigger since I've started doing them. I still pull conventional as well, but mostly for deficit work these days.

Dude I literally do the same thing but use the elliptical instead for 10 mins. Shit I guess I gotta lose more fat and lift heavier dids and squats. Idk about sumos I dont feel much when I do them but I could be doing them wrong.

Well, I pull 5+ and squat 4+ if that helps.
