They're like 6 bucks a meal, which my dumb ass is already paying more than whenever I don't hand cook my own meals. I'd do it just for the convenience (inb4 budget debate, some of us have the cash to blow wageslaves) and I sure as fuck would rather pay for this than spend the hour a day cooking 3-5 meals.
They're currently unavailable, but when they're back I plan to get on the Contest Prep one (they seem oddly similar if you compare the individual meals, I'm cutting but since my meals outside of this plan may include carbs I'm probably not looking for the Keto option) ASAP.
Anyone redpill me on these? Aside from price, this shit seems extremely solid.
I appreciate that he took off the suggested % for protein, I always lol heartily when I see "25g protein per serving, 50% of your daily recommended amount!"
Brayden Wood
nice shill, go home rich

10 MEALS A DAY CMON
Luis Jones
Honestly in intrigued by this. I'm willing to pay 5-6$ a day to have premade meals delivered to my house. Rich isn't shilling us right? I mean he's genuine
Easton Butler
I mean, all of his products are at least genuine if a bit overpriced. The man is running a business, after all. He has those liver/organ pills specifically designed for steroid users, his preworkout and BCAA complexes are effective, I just prefer buying bulk unflavored BCAAs and using caffeine for PWO.
If you're watching his channel, he's been testing these meals for months, eating them for most of his 10,000 or whatever meals a day. The macros are fucking out of this world so if the taste isn't pure shit this seems like a goldmine.
Isaac Butler
>$6 for 390 calories are you retarded?

Sure bro, who let you out of the McDouble bulking thread?

Came to post this Nobody got rich by wasting money
Cameron Price
>Wasting money
Stupid argument. How much are you spending per meal? Some people make more than others, and just because they're not investing every spare penny into stocks doesn't mean they're wasting money.
Anthony Howard
Almost every food source is half the price per calorie.
How is paying 2x what you need not wasting money?
Matthew Sullivan
Holy shit is it so unfathomable that people would spend their money on convenience? This is an incredibly diverse meal plan that would take hours and hours of prep time a week, do you also stand outside restaurants and yell at people going inside that they could eat at home for cheaper?
Nobody is getting on a meal plan for the sick price dude.
Landon Moore
>Wasted trips, indicative of your money management skills I can get more and better food for way less money. I can get 1000 kcal of gyro and fries or a healthy home made meal with excellent macros and micros for less than 3€. That's like 5x better value for money The only life style that warrants eating consistently pre made delivery meals is if you are constant my travelling and/or cannot carry or eat food at work and have literally zero time to go for groceries or cook. Which means you should reconsider your time allocation priorities. Cough cough shitposting on Veeky Forums cough Even if you make that much money that you can afford to waste $42 per day/$1260 per month (assuming a modest 2800 TDEE) and not have it affect you in the slightest, there are still better ways to waste money. At least hire a cook at home and eat like a king. It is retarded to waste that much money and still eat with a plastic fork from a plastic container

the funny thing is that there are people itt who are stupid enough to give richard their shekels because they're too lazy to make it themselves.
Lucas Murphy
>do you also stand outside restaurants and yell at people going inside that they could eat at home for cheaper? Do said customers stand out my front door and shill said restaurant?
Mason Watson
>8 meals a day cmon
Easy there Rich, the base plan is 120 bucks a week, I bet you spend that on food already. What would you do with the hours of extra free time from literally never worrying about cooking?
Colton Russell
>Veeky Forums is my personal home
Nobody is hitting that post button for you, dog
Robert Miller
Even most restaurants are cheaper per calorie.
Lots of food is available to lazy people/people who dont want to cook.
Not all of it is overpriced.
Luis Cox
>spending $120 a week on food. What do you eat that is this expensive?
I eat pretty much whatever i feel like (iifmm) and dont come close to this.
Jayden Russell
>120 $ per week >120$ / 6$/meal=20 meals per week >20/7=3 meals per day >3*400=1200 kcal per day
>Literally never worry about cooking My ex ate 1200 kcal per day and she was 5'2, 110 lbs, on a cut. >You have to be Rich to eat 8 meals a day The meals are tiny and Rich also ate a fuckton of calories in shaker and cookies that "didn't count"
Matthew Reed
some people have jobs, or family to take care, or are studying and ain't got time to cook 3 hours a day. Not everyone is a teenie NEET like you.
Anthony Clark
Your parents had jobs and looked after your aspie ass and still had time to cook and screw each other after you fell asleep
Asher Collins
Ohhh, so that's why people spend $15,000+ USD on food for themselves in a year!!
It all makes sense now!!!
IT BECUZ SOME PPL HAB JOBZZ xDD
OMG AND THE PPL WITH SENPAITACHI NEED TO SPEND THAT MUCH ON FOOD BECUZ COOKIN IS WASTE OF TIMEEEE LUL
AND HOW COULD WE FORGET DA PEEPULZZ WHO ARE IN DEBT.................THEY CAN TOTES AFFORD THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nathan Martin
6 bucks for 400calories? What the fuck dude. If you were to cut with 2000 calories you'd have to pay 30 bucks.
Xavier Bell
Are you a robot or something? Your parents didn't give a shit about their diet, retard. You think macros and weightlifting were heavy on their minds?
Brody Fisher
>3x400
The pic in OP is like the least calorie dense meal they offer. Some in the Bodybuilding plan are like 600 or 800.
Justin Phillips
Holy shit you really wrote all this out and hit post. You even have an image for it. Jesus.
Bentley Fisher
What's up Rich! Get lean, better by the day CMON!

I guarantee my sardines packed in water and my brown ric with lentils are cheaper and better. Let's keep that organs health for maximum gains CMON! (Your heart gets) Bigger By the Day!
Jose Barnes
You're really running with the "dumb frogposter" shtick aren't ya bud?
As for this meal plan, I don't get it. It's certainly catered to the millennials who are lazy and complain about being poor as they spend all of their money on shit they don't need.
Blake Lopez
>Millenial
Man you grandpas just can't wait to use that word at every opportunity
Joshua Harris
Tfw he kept it for carbs and fats but I'm a big guy.

Yeah dude just way donuts for all ur meals iifym

You do realize millenials are all in their twenties, right?
Colton Sullivan
400 calories I bet those meatballs are the size of your thumb
Justin Clark
I thought it referred to "born in 2000"
Daniel James
you're basically paying for convenience is what rich says in his videos. it's all legit food, just packaged and made easy to prepare and removes all thought process involved

mil·len·nial miˈlenēəl/Submit noun plural noun: millennials; plural noun: Millennials a person reaching young adulthood around the year 2000; a Generation Yer.
Carson Thomas
No. It means they were born to be sentient during that time, mid 80s - mid 90s. The generation born in the 2000s don't have a name yet.

Ordered 50 meals
Jeremiah James
They should have a savings where if you buy 20 you get 1 free. They could call it the, "This shit doesn't count as a meal" deal.
Aiden Mitchell
Shit looks good with quality ingredients.
Retards complaining about $ per calorie when most of the calories are protein and protein calories are expensive.
That's about equivalent to half a pound of ground turkey which is usually 6$ a lb.
So that's already 3$ there.
+ prep +grocery shopping = roughly 30 min a meal
So if 30 minutes of your time is worth less than 3$ then it makes sense to cook yourself.
This is seriously not a bad deal.
Keep whining jobless college students and graduates.
Ayden Williams
If you have a woman that cooks for you then it makes no sense to buy prepackaged foods.
But if you cook for yourself and have a job then you have to factor in your time as a monetary amount.
Most people here probably don't have jobs so they don't understand.
Ian Butler
I ordered first week in and paused the sub. Meals came out to be $8.33per for me after shipping. Taste is 7/10. Fuck these poorfags. I use them for convenience in lieu of fast food. 21 meals will last me a month
Brandon King
cunts are actually buying this? I thought this was a meme
Ryder Stewart
Where in the FUCK do you live that ground turkey is $6 a lb? Its fucking $1.94 a lb here for 85/15 ground turkey. And thats Butterball brand.
Easton Lewis
I buy the 90/10 Turkey and its like 1.79 a lb in the rockies
Luke Cooper
Jelly. I cant find the 90/10 anymore. 85/15 Butterball is generally $1.94, and Jenni-O is usually about $1.96
Adam Cooper
>not cooking for yourself >calling yourself a man
Pick one
Cameron Moore
Damn son where do you live?
Isaac Carter
ok rich
Bentley Hill
Tennessee. Also have the highest food tax in the country.
Jayden Gomez
Anyone know why it's currently unavailable? Not a poor fag here just a lazyfag. Interested in finding a decent prep service
Ayden Campbell
Yes. My father modeled and my mother was a bodybuilder.
Jonathan Moore
Perpetually poor people are the ones who spunk $6 on a microwave meal for "convenience".
Which sounds like you
Daniel Bennett
This. Betas microwave their meals. Men know their way around a kitchen.
