I don't know what type of squat I do, but it's something like this one. Like I can't high bar squat good enough, and low bar feels uncomfortable at the shoulders and hips, most likely lack mobility but I don't fucking know how to get better at it. Does someone have like a mobility routine for intermediate lifters?
