How can into Daniel Craig mode? I have a similar build but I am seriously lacking in traps and shoulders. Any advice for trap exercises that actually work?

Doesn't really need to be that much. I'd say 4 plates is when you start touching traps a lot. Upright rows are goat though. I got my traps well before my deads went up because of upright rows. I still only pull just under 5 plates.

You don't have to be homosex to think big legs look nice. For example, Klokov would look silly with smaller legs. It's about what you think looks proportional and aesthetically pleasing. Just like I want to have strong delts or a strong chest, I want to have strong legs.

I've always had decent cardio. Went to state for swimming in high school, but my upper body strength has always been shit.

But, I recently accomplished a dream of mine. Ever since I saw the movie Top Gun as a kid, I've wanted to be a pilot. Long shot, right? Well, I just graduated college and commissioned as an officer in the Navy, and I head off to flight school in November. But reaching my dreams gave me the motivation I've always needed, so I figured fuck it, time to get the physique I've always wanted.

Started Stronglifts 5x5 today. Wish I could have started out with a better bench, but I didn't have a spotter and was afraid to push it

I live in Socal by the beach and there is definitely a lot of competition. Luckily I have always been athletic and lifting/diet for 6 months put me above 90% of the dyel skinnyfats out here

I used to be otter mode like that and I loved it, in all honesty. Strength lowered, but my cardio and muscular endurance was at its peak. 225 push-ups, 35 pull-ups, 5:00 mile run. Shit was so cash.
