Sunflower seeds are pretty good, they have a lot of omega-6 so you've gotta watch your intake but i'm pretty sure avocado has the same issue.

Its great inside bellpeppers. Fill it with blue cheese or lowcal cottage cheese, some hot sauce of some sort, and meat of your choice. Chorizo is GOAT in them

Also they go great with mushrooms. If you like mushrooms, add spinach in the recipe somewhere.

It does not require much spices as it is tasty on its own, rub on some salt and black pepper, heat up some oil of your choice in the frying pan, throw in salmon, be sure not to overcook it, squezze some lemon juice on top when its ready.

Dear on the stove top. Wipe dry before placing on hot piled pan. Make a fruit salad with chopped mango,pineapple,strawberry. Add diced red pepper and a splash of vinegerette dressing. Let chill. My rule of thumb is to eat fresh, unprocessed natural food. Cant really go wrong with that

Whenever they are good you put them into the fridge dipped in water + lime juice and they'll live longer
