Kek it's not that good for a bench and no way. I almost have the same stats. Remember it compares data to other lifters too at that age, so if a lot of 20 year olds just bench, the bench will be higher.

Personally i dont like it so i ordered some straps. But its a good way of determining wether your grip sucks or not.

I've tried every grip, I use mixed only when I go to failure but even then I can't put more weight than 2pl8
