Changes I've made to my squats since this video

1: bar slightly further down back, not lowbar yet but will be looking into lowbar soon

2: when my hips shoot up i've been trying to correct myself by kind of scooting my ass under the bar, today i tried pushing forward through my hips like a deadlift, and it was so much better.

I have very small hands, it's only when i'm lifting reletively heavy weight. somewhere around 120-130 kilos is where is starts to hurt

i did a regular sumo today, not the super wide sumo, and it felt really good. might use that on game day on the 18th

Wilks only trains people who have already achieved a certain level of accomplishment without him. he has never trained somebody into a champion, he has only trained champions into... well not champions after his training. he's a shit coach, a shit powerlifter, and a shit person.

you'd get a more accurate score by taking their total and dividing it by their body-weight, which is basically what the wilks coefficient does with an extra level of complexity for no fucking reason just to give fatter lifters a bigger advantage over smaller lifters
