Movies like saving private ryan?

Makes me sad

your conventional starting position should be where your shins are vertical and your scap is over the bar right?

what if my body is almost horisontal in this position?

no this wrong

youtu.be/h3n8z1wy_SQ

eh? this video is about a squad no?

'no'

I thought it was the deadlift
I imagine the principles apply to both, but I struggle to see he to squat in this way

from last:

VD today.

Felt feverish most of the day. feeling a bit better now.

Eaten nothing but now eating some sweet potatoes.

Should i train? or just go tomorrow.

I was planning to do:

5x5 squats
3x8 SLDLs

3x10 hypers, 3x10 reverse hypers

core

Do hypers for sets of 20-30
Trust me man. The feeling is euphoric

>what if my body is almost horisontal in this position?

reroll and hope for better parents

Based on what the guy above asked im curious / have a question for conventional pullers.

if your back rounds to some extent any time you go over, say, 90%, how do you avoid risking injury in training while still pulling conventional

dont go over 90% until it stops rounding
your 100% should be the weight you can do without rounding

>Squat 4x8 70%
>Front squat 4x6
well that was awful

>thicc girl randomly squatted 120kg today in uni gym

>your 100% should be the weight you can do without rounding
nah

By deciding not to get injured.

Thats more than you do, right?

Don't push into breakdown too far, and squeeze dem gloots harder.

This. PRs would never get broken if you didn't allow form to break down slightly.

i was banned for no reason

ill try it.

i think ill train today even though i feel shitty.

>hypers
>sets of 20-30
pls no

unfortuently theres no unaban button :((

Unban me

>joining the Sean chat
The real one is on cytube

I dindo nuffin unban me

i dontthink i can sweetheart

Best guide to sumo deadlifting?

>what if my body is almost horisontal in this position?
Then do sumo.

Why would your shins be vertical? If the bar was over the middle of your foot and your shins were vertical, the bar wouldn't be against your legs.

but you're supposed to lift the bar along your legs, non vertical shins means a non vertical bar path, no?

If they are not vertical the moment to break the floor, they will get that way immediately after. If they are bent, the first move most be knee extension

Just called Sean disabled and he started crying lol

>but you're supposed to lift the bar along your legs

Yeah and to do that with the bar over midfoot the shins have to have at least a little inclination.

>non vertical shins means a non vertical bar path

The knees will extend, bringing the shins back to allow a vertical bar path.

Better angle in this youtube.com/watch?v=V7b3T8Yvop8

They will become vertical after the bar travels up the legs some, yes, but to start with them vertical would be to omit a little bit of useful knee extension to get the bar moving.

Pardon me lads, seems we're split in two.
