Does anyone else have a problem with deadlift performance varying extremely from session to session? It's been this way on TM, Sheiko and my own programming as well. The fatigue just comes out of nowhere and fucks me up on random sessions.

Squat and bench are nothing like this. They are usually always where I expect them to be.

My muscular strength feels stronger than my joints/tendon. Locking out on bench feels like there's immense pressure going through my elbow. Even light volume feels like an elbow and shoulder beating on bench, knee beating on squat, wrist flexor beating on deadlift, etc. I've tweaked my form nonstop, but since the problems are across the board, I feel like it's not so much a form issue than a tendon/ligament issue. I have pain from using the computer mouse, so it's not entirely gym related.

Could be a confidence issue. Try tracking your RPE and speed on the last two sets of squats. This might give a hint about how your deadlift is gonna go. You could sneak in some candy if you feel fatigued by the time you reach DL.

I'm guessing you are well above intermediate? Don't worry about flunctuations as long as the generel trend of your estimated 1 rep max is going up.

Got up to 4 plate high bar before i tried low bar, hit a low bar single at 180 with a rep that was significantly easier in like 2 weeks. Could probably hit 190 if i was ever fresh.

what i do probably wouldnt be called high bar to the people that do it but when i try to do the whole rear delt shit, unracking walking out and standing with it is the hardest part and i have to rerack after like 1 rep

I can't stand high bar with even light weight. I've never felt any discomfort from low bar, no matter how heavy the weight feels, and the bar is more stable on my back with low bar. It feels solid all around.
