Your first mistake was telling anyone you're starving yourself. Always act like you're incredibly full on what you're eating (if they aren't around during the day say you ate a lot) and nobody will question you.

Not trying to be a dick, but you are counting your calories wrong. Check them verses serving size. I lost 65 pounds by counting and lifting. Also don't forget to adjust while you lose weight.

En regards to parents, move out. Then they are a phone call away which you can airplane mode.

i have seen my fat bf shovel away 1,200 kcals and log it as 600 kcals in his my fatness pal

many overweight people don't realize how many calories they consume during the day.
if you are really that restrictive and it doesn't show results, you should see a doctor.
only advice i can give you is to build muscle mass and do cardio (check with your doctor beforehand). muscles burn more fat, even when you rest.

But it doesn't matter because I did in fact lose weight with a diet of eggs and soup. I'm going to keep at it.
My problem is being told to eat MORE when I finally have hope.

So you're telling me you're eating only this everyday.
2 eggs - 90kcal*2 = 180kcal
1/2 soup - 60kcals*2 = 120kcal
1/4 lentils - 230kcal*1/4 = 57.5kcal

Or are you eating that for each meal?

Do you eat snacks or have candy? Do you drink anything other than water?

You're not going to survive on that diet cause it sucks balls nutrition wise. You need to eat a proper amount per day of proper food or you're going to get scurvy or something retarded.

That's three eggs per day, and the lentils are 170 calories for 1/4 cup uncooked.
