Its possible, cant move my legs at all. If i do, im in excruciating pain, which is why i need the surgery. Been taking pain killers and all sorts of drugs but the damage is too high and I might have various reactions to the meds...

It is more likely that if we take OP seriously that he started out with like

15 push ups
40 sit ups
and 60 squats

and ran for 15 minutes and the real problem that fucked him up is that his joints and nerf got inflamed and maybe even permanently damaged by te inflammation
