PCOS does not turn you into a hippo. I have PCOS and while I was a fat kid growing up thanks to mom, as an adult I've kept a fit 25-26 inch waist by staying active and not pigging out. It throws your hormones out of wack, I have a shitton of testosterone compared to other females so ill actually build muscle faster, which also helps burn calories. Shes using the PCOS thing as bullshit, even victoria beckham has PCOS and she sure as shit isnt fat. like how some people use thyroid as an excuse but thyroid doesn't make you gain 100+ lbs of pure fat
