can I shake in advance? and freeze it? so I just add water and a frozen blob in my blender?

Not quite a shake, but I recently started doing this. I make protein ice cream.

mix it until it gets creamy then pop it in the freezer, sounds gross but you won't even taste the egg white taste after it's frozen. Yoiu can even make sorbet with fruit flavor whey so I highly recommend it especially for hot weather.

where do you get the things of egg whites? do they sell them at a grocery store or do you order them?

If the ice cream is too solid, pop it into the microwave for 15 sec.

They should have it in grocery store, it's usually in a carton or a clear plastic container, I recommend it that you make the ice cream from the egg whites from the container, not from eggs. egg whites from eggs are slimy, carton ones are more watery and taste less egg white-ty

they're easy to separate from regular eggs, might be more cost effective than buying them in a carton.

I used to do that when I was bulking, some people get gas so becareful

not sure, depends on the amount of protein they have, but what about like 2 a day

is cholesterol the problem? would it be better if i just cooked them?

eggs cooked make me wanna fucking vomit so drinking them like water is much more appealing

I don't know garlic is supposed to be really good for you. I think it's more a meme, I make better shakes than this.

Found this image on my computer but haven't tried this shake yet as I only ordered a mixer recently.

I heard drinking shakes makes you constipated, any advice on how to prevent that?
