This is what I do all the time. Add two scoops of protein powder, 5 tbsp of chia seeds, and 25+ whole almonds and you'll have a delicious protein-packed bar.

My friends I tell you, it was one of the best meals I have had this year. The crisp vegetables mixed with the moist and hot broiled burger. The cool soda, the hot and crunch fries, totally blown away.

I was able to get a value meal for $5.99 and they even complimented my shirt. They don't let Muslims touch your food and they also have ice cream.

I make these every single day. I double up the oats though, i.e. equal parts oats and cottage cheese. Very much like a pancake.

I do also put in a splash of almond milk just to make it easier to blend, so I guess that makes me a faggot according to the picture.

I think it was a cheat day but i remember hearing about Usain Bolt only eating chicken nuggets when he went to china for the olympics because it was the only thing he knew from the menu.

This is what I used to compute macros for the whole tray. You must have been using that high protein PB, or maybe those high protein oats, or that high protein coconut cream. Nope, must be that high protein honey! That's it. Oh yeah, you must have used those low carb oats too...

I like making ice cream that taste great and is filling

2 cups of full fat coconut milk
1 cup of regular coconut milk
Some kind of fruit pineapple banana berries
4 scoops of protein powder vanilla works great

Blend everything up for about a min lut in a covered bowl in freezer let it sit for a few hours there you have goood tasting ice cream
