I think obliques at least were mostly trained from doing sit ups on an incline bench with a plate at my chest, and pivoting side to side at the top of the rep.

fix your squat form too. If you can't do a good rep ATG your flexibility is going to injure you eventually

few ppl can squat atg especially with higher weight, you should focus on keeping back straight,knees out, butt wink is propably going to happen unless its severe its ok, but still stretch hamstrings to counter it
i would think your deadlift would be a bit higher, but weakness is relative. how long have you been lifting? height, weight, age?
calves are genetics, unless you roid you end up with what you have most of the time, besides growing calves accualy makes them less explosive and usefull see olympic weightlifters they can jump rly hight and have small calves

i'd say those are still good stats given your weight. do you work with fractional plates now? it helped me add weight to my ohp every workout
yeah but after a while they hit plateu and getting bigger wont do anything for them, for 6"+ ppl getting bigger like 90kg+ will make you hit nubers manlets will never achive

Low "intermediate" would be a fucking pathetic result.
According to symmetric strength, 75kg Bench for 5 was intermediate for me; on SS I reached 92.5kg for five.
If you're stalling at low "intermediate", eat more calories.
