That's a bug, most likely from our payout script migration, ignore it. If you were really supposed to get paid on Sept 14, you would've only have accumulated 0.169 Ark which is below the 1.1 threshold and the old 0.2 threshold.
You currently have 1.0059 ark pending so you're not due for a payout until you hit the 1.1 Ark minimum.
