Another good alternative is the Super Squats program, which is basically SS but with 1 set of 20 squats with at least 2 quarts of milk per day for 60 days.

Don't do all that milk forever, but you're literally the bodytype the program exists for.

Not really. There's several pathogenic strains of Salmonella in the world. If you culture an egg, you'll only find S. Enteritis which only effects the immunocompromised (children,nelderly, AIDS ptients).

tuna is great, but don't eat more than 3 cans a week, or you risk mercury poisoning. Another option is mackerel, which doesn't taste as good (in my opinion), but you can eat it more often. There are also sardines, which you could eat every day, but they taste like shit (in my opinion). The smaller the fish, more often you can eat it (bigger ones have more mercury accumulated in their body).

I personally don't really like eating fish often, so i just eat tuna twice a week, because it's the tastiest one.

Salmon is also great and it has low levels of mercury. But it's expensive.

if your eggs arent free range they will likely have salmanila. It is also the case that uncooked eggs do not have the same bio availability as cooked eggs. Also it will cause a biotin deficiency.

Good bulking food? Oatmeal with protein and peanut butter, throw in some sweetener if you want. You'll make a clean bulk. As for plain bulking, literally eat whatever you want.

Just eat as much of stuff as you can, make sure you get enough protein though. Don't just have three bags of potato chips and cake for dinner and expect to get anywhere (obviously)

Literally just eat everything you can. Also, your appetite will increase with intense workouts when you burn more calories and gains will increase.
