I have never gone to the gym in my life, all I do is sit in front of a computer the whole day. I am 6ft 3in, weigh 216lbs of fat. My blood pressure averages 133/80.
What do? (Other than going to the gym and being in a social setting).

eat more carbs, things like bread, bananas, and I think coffee has some too pair this with doing stretches, stretching actually burns more calories than doing lifting and rubbish like that.

You need to stretch more. The reason stretching burns calories so fast is because you are actually creating new muscles in your body,

And my recommendation is to start with workouts that you enjoy doing and go with that. Eventually you'll start wanting to do new workouts and progress to entering a gym. Maybe even get some adjustable dumbbells and start at home. You just gotta start doing something brah.

if you're a lazy shit, eat 1200-1500 calories each day, 130 grams of protein, and no more than 25 net carbs. that will murder your fat and improve heart health, but you really should be exercising 30-60 minutes a day, even if it's just a brisk stroll around the hood.
