Pros:
More balanced between upper and lower body for the lifts
Powerlifters now look more impressive with bigger upper traps, delts, and serratus

This is a cop out. There are rules for the bench so that people dont cheat the lift (head on bench, feet on floor, no heaving, etc) They can find a similar ruleset for the OHP

They're not as closely linked as OHP and bench. As well as you low bar squat and sumo deadlift which increases the difference in the mechanics.

at the moment I'm inbetween s couple of loose fit underarmour shirts and old t-shirts

Old t-shirts are great for gripping the bar on squats but soak up the sweat and look / feel disgusting for the rest of the session.

tried squatting and good mornings in under armour shirt and the bar didn't feel anywhere near as secure.

What will wick away moisture but not turn my back into a barbell slip n slide for low bar squats?

In sheiko for the deadlift from boxes, does the box height matter too much? Also is swapping out all of the deadlift to knees for regular paused deadlifts at the same percentage okay?

When I go for deadlift pr's my pec feels like it's going to tear. Am I not engaging my lats enough or is my grip maybe a little too close. I pull sumo and usually keep my hands a little closer then shoulder width
